حاشية الباجوري (Hashiyat al-Bajuri)

Al-Bajuri's (d. 1860 CE) hashiyah stands out among the works of the mutaakhkhirun, not merely as a reiteration of earlier discussions, but as a rich contribution in its own right. Rather than simply echoing what preceded him, he advances additional views and adopts independent positions. It is, therefore, a dense and thoroughly enriching work.
