عمدة السالك وعدة الناسك ('Umdat al-Salik wa 'Uddat al-Nasik)

Umdat al-Salik is perhaps the most well-known work of Ibn al-Naqib among students today, even surpassing his commentary on al-Imam al-Nawawi's Minhaj. In this text, Ibn al-Naqib (d. 769 AH) carefully incorporates the tarjihat of the shaykhayn of the Shafii madhhab: al-Imam al-Rafii (d. 623 AH) and al-Imam al-Nawawi, making it an indispensable reference for those studying Shafii fiqh. This particular edition is distinguished by its elegant cream-colored pages and a meticulous critical edition based on carefully verified manuscripts, ensuring both readability and scholarly reliability.
