فتاوى ابن زياد (Fatawa Ibn Ziyad)

The Fatawa of Ibn Ziyad, published in three volumes by Dar al-Fath, offer a refreshing and valuable contribution to the Shafii scholarly landscape worldwide. Ibn Ziyad (d. 975 AH) is notably recognized for his engagement with Ibn Hajar al-Haytami (d. 974 AH), particularly in the well-known discussion of al-tabarru min al-madin.
