الإشفاق في أحكام الطلاق (Al-Ishfaq fi Ahkam al-Talaq)

This work is Shaykh Zahid al-Kawthari's critique of Shaykh Ahmad Shakir's Nizam al-Talaq. In it, al-Kawthari contends that Shaykh Ahmad Shakir crossed the bounds of sound fiqh by adopting views devoid of any reliability. At the same time, the treatise offers valuable reflections on the application of fiqh within the rapidly changing social and intellectual landscape of the twentieth century. The tahqiq is by the renowned Shaykh Hamzah al-Bakri.
