رسالة التنبيه (Risalat al-Tanbih)

The Shafii fiqh legacy of the Malibaris traces back to an early period and is marked by a particular inayah toward the istilahat of the madhhab. Their scholars rendered unique contributions in tahrir and tahqiq, many of which are scarcely found elsewhere. This risalah forms part of that rich legacy, devoted to the terminology and nomenclature of the Shafii madhhab.
