مشروع لقانون إسلامي للبيوع والديون (Mashru' li Qanun Islami li al-Buyu' wa al-Duyun)

This work is essentially an abridgement of two texts: Fiqh al-Buyu and Tawthiq al-Duyun. It was prepared as a practical tadrisi text for the study of contemporary buyu, particularly since Fiqh al-Buyu in its original form is somewhat too long for structured classroom lessons. The book concisely condenses the discussions of Fiqh al-Buyu, while providing footnotes that direct the reader to the relevant detailed discussions within the subject.
