جمع الجوامع (Jam' al-Jawami')

Jam al-Jawami of Taj al-Din al-Subki stands as one of the most celebrated compendia in the field of Usul al-fiqh. True to its title; “The Gathering of the Comprehensive Works”, the book represents an ambitious synthesis of the major usul traditions that preceded it, most notably those of the mutakallimun and the fuqaha. Al-Subki masterfully condenses, reconciles, and refines a vast body of legal theory into a remarkably concise yet densely layered text.
