شرح البيقونية (Sharh al-Bayquniyyah)

The Bayquniyyah is among the most well-known introductory texts in the science of hadith terminology (mustalah al-hadith). Composed in just thirty-four lines, it distills the essential categories of hadith into a concise and easily memorizable form, making it a favorite starting point for students across the Muslim world. The Dar al-Daqqaq edition is especially prized, offering a clean and elegant print along with carefully prepared footnotes that highlight important points of discussion and provide additional references, thereby enhancing the benefit for readers.
